It was pretty decent product I liked it a lot

My trainer had recommended this for me. It helped me get through my semester classes and really stay focused and on top of my game. I just started up again and I do believe its good to cycle on and off every few months. I only take 1 capsule but I believe it's enough caffeine on top of my daily caffeine intake and regimen of workout supplements. I feel alert and ready to go with my day!
