Can be installed with scope already attached!
Nice product and seem well made. Rear (eyepiece) cap pops up with just a push from the thumb and lock in place nicely. I’ve read a few reviews now where people say they have to remove scope in order to mount front cap but that is not the case. The cap can be lined up to any position then the front collar of the cap can be rotated clockwise to assist with tightening as needed. Great lens protection and would recommend!

Great cap
Great cap. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for. You will need to get another one for your eye piece. This is only for the objective end. I have it on my VX5HD 3-15x44mm 30mm tube

Best scope covers on the market, period!!!
Great product. Love the low profile design, the fact that they are silent when opening and closing and I like that they screw into my vx5 scope. I used to use butler creek caps. They would fall off or be too tight and they made noise. Never go back. Pricey but well worth it!!
