**Q: Is this an actual pencil, or is it a gel product?**
A: This is not a gel, it is really nice and you turn the bottom and it comes out like a soft pencil. Its one of my favorite colors and is a dark navy which works great as a liner on all colors of eyes to! I also have the black so if you are looking for a gel this is more like a soft accurate line of a pencil!

I just love this eyeliner!! I've warn it for years, and it is so nice to use. It last eight hours, and looks so nice. It makes my eyes look so much younger, and brighter! I would recommend this liner to anyone at any age!
