Can't make or receive calls
Hi I bought this phone back in October last year and ever since I've had it I've been unable to have phone calls as the person on the other line can't hear me but I can hear them. I have taken it to several phone shop to see what the problem is and they have advised me to contact you about getting it sorted. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me regarding this as I currently have a phone that I cannot use and rely on for work calls etc.

Epic Service
I never write reviews but felt I had to. I order the phone on the 21st of December with an arrive date of the 30th. Phone arrived on the 23rd of December in time for Christmas that alone was some effort with the strikes. The Phone itself (S9) is beautiful looks brand new with the charger and stylus. Thank you so much guys I am one very very happy customer. Great work ππ

A positive experience!
I don't always review my purchases on amazon as I generally get what I expect from my purchases, and don't think I have much to add other than stating the obvious. But to be honest, this was a departure for me - I am generally sceptical about buying 'renewed' or second hand items, particularly where tech is involved, unless it's cheap enough to write off as a mistake. But I'm also of the opinion that a brand new version of the latest mobile phone is likley to be overpriced for what I use it for. I use a phone quite alot, but generally for fairly standard things - checking email, phoning people (yes, really!), social media, zooming, taking photos ... I like my device to be up to date but I'm not enough of a tech head to notice the difference in the very latest models. So I'm looking for a fully functioning device maybe from the last couple of years, which, whilst not in pristine condition doesn't look used, and certainly doesn't come with chunks out of it!!Did I get that with this renewed model? Yes - I think I did. The Galaxy S9 is a step up from my old S6, has loads of additional features to keep me entertained, is loads faster than my old one, and has a battery that lasts alot longer! Crucially the screen (lets face it - that's the bit you actually see and look at!) is not scratched and looks as if it might have been replaced as new. I can tell the back is not new, but there are no signifcant scratches in it, and the corners and sockets are all intact and fully operable. All the software seems to be operating effectively. It also came with all the necessary additions such as charger and cable, cover and device for opening the SIM tray.So if like me, you're a little unsure of anything that someone is trying to sell you second hand but 'as new', I hope you find this helpful. I seem to have ended up with a pretty smart smart phone at a little over half the price of a new version. Add to that the saving of a SIM only plan as against a 24 month deal with a 'free' phone(!) - I'm pretty happy, and would definitely go for a renewed phone again. [And by the way, add to that the fact that it cost me less than I saved by switching my electricity supplier and I'm one happy shopper!!]Hope that helps all you scpetics out there!!

Ridiculously Good Value!
So I've had this for just over a week now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this renewed Galaxy S9! Well, almost.Right out of the box, the phone looked immaculate. Not a single mark, scratch, dent, anything to even hint that this phone had a previous owner, which gave me a sigh of relief as this was my first "Renewed" purchase. The software is buttery smooth too. The 1440p display is gorgeous to look at, including HDR for those rich colours whilst also being sharp as hell. Text is clear as day. I'm fairly confident this would be the exact same screen quality you would get from a new phone, just make sure to switch it from 1080p as it doesn't utilize the full resolution out of the box.The phone still feels snappy and quick despite being almost 4 years old, and despite the lack of software updates, it still runs Android 10 with plenty of features you probably won't even need. The camera quality is excellent too, just make sure to tweak everything in the settings for the best possible experience. There are a few minor issues however. The battery life will get most people through a full day, but not if you use your phone for literally everything. This, however, can be remedied by the fast charging which is excellent, just make sure you have a proper Samsung charger as these renewed ones come with a cheaper third party one. The phone can also get quite warm under heavy use, such as constant 4k video recording or a demanding game. Now, this is more for the supplier I bought the phone off of, "GADGET-STORE". They originally sent me a Galaxy S8 instead of an S9, however their customer service was beyond my expectations for a third party supplier. They handled my replacement efficiently and were very helpful with the return process after giving them a ring. So thank you for that!Overall, this is an excellent phone at an absolute steal of a price!
