After six months of use, everything is still working well. True, the audio quality when playing music without headphones isn't particularly crisp, but it is quite acceptable when using headphones. I specifically chose this particular MP3 player because it features parental controls. It took a little time to set up an account and enable the parental controls, but it was well worth it. It’s essentially a mini-phone—just without the calling capabilities. The kids (ages 11 and 8) figured out how to use it very quickly. Review: MP3 Cover for G5 MP3 player. - Its okay. You don't really have access to the edges so its tough to click on "x" in upper right hand corner when closing pages. The 'leather' creeps over the edges a bit too much. But... As for the rest of the case, It does fit really well. Another downer is you can't see the buttons, so know where the power button volume up and down are located you can feel the protruded 'leather' but don't know what they are unless you memorize the buttons of the MP3 player. ## Features - 【Fit】Designed for Pecsu G5 old version Android 8.1 only, ASIN B0DJ2Y6RP4(160GB G5 version) and B0CYKCSZ1G(32GB G5 version) . - 【NOT Fit】It does NOT fit G5 new version Android 14, ASIN B0DYHDQ9CT. - 【PU Leather Material】This case is made of premium PU leather, which is comfortable and durable. - 【Accurate holes】This case is handmade by craftsmen, the holes are accurate and do not interfere with daily use. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D3D1LT26 | | Additional Features | Anti-Fingerprint, Anti-Slip, Heavy Duty Protection, Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,885 in GPS Cases | | Brand | PECSU | | Built-In Media | Pecsu leather protective case x 1 | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | PECSU G5 | | Compatible Phone Models | PECSU G5 | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 58 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Faux Leather | | Form Factor | Case | | Item Dimensions | 3 x 0.6 x 5.3 inches | | Item Weight | 0.05 kg | | Manufacturer | PECSU | | Material | Faux Leather | | Model Number | G5 Case | | Pattern | Solid | | Shell Type | Soft | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** PECSU - **Color:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** PECSU G5 - **Form Factor:** Case - **Shell Type:** Soft ## Images ![Pecsu G5 Case for G5 (Old Version Android 8.1：160GB G5 & 32GB G5) only, Does NOT Fit G5 (New Version Android 14) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51K8MlbYQzL.jpg) ![Pecsu G5 Case for G5 (Old Version Android 8.1：160GB G5 & 32GB G5) only, Does NOT Fit G5 (New Version Android 14) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71IRE9z2WdL.jpg) ![Pecsu G5 Case for G5 (Old Version Android 8.1：160GB G5 & 32GB G5) only, Does NOT Fit G5 (New Version Android 14) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-chVEtWSL.jpg) ![Pecsu G5 Case for G5 (Old Version Android 8.1：160GB G5 & 32GB G5) only, Does NOT Fit G5 (New Version Android 14) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61fEeyICaKL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for kids *by H***A on May 7, 2026* I bought these for my children for Christmas. After six months of use, everything is still working well. True, the audio quality when playing music without headphones isn't particularly crisp, but it is quite acceptable when using headphones. You don't really have access to the edges so its tough to click on "x" in upper right hand corner when closing pages. The 'leather' creeps over the edges a bit too much. But... The player appears to be secure but can be easily removed if needed. I had been concerned that the buttons on the player would be difficult to access but the stamped imprints over the buttons' location makes it easy to find them by touch alone. I have had problems with leather cases such as this blocking access to the edges of the screen on other devices but have not had any problem accessing any on screen controls with any of the apps I have installed. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/649013088-pecsu-g5-case-for-g5-old-version-android-8-1](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/649013088-pecsu-g5-case-for-g5-old-version-android-8-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
