## Description

Product Description Tip: Ultrasonic technology does not cause pain. Each pet has its own sensations and it is normal that your pet may be resistant to the first use. Ultrasonic technology is very safe, using the process will not have any pain, the first time you use the tooth cleaner, PLEASE choose the Gentle mode After use: Wash with water and put away. It is recommended to disinfect with boiling water for 5 minutes, then dry and put away. My pet won't cooperate, what should I do? ------ PHASE 1: BUILDING TRUST AND FAMILIARITY ------ Help your pet become comfortable with oral inspection and non-electric tools. - Dental Mirror ：Begin by gently lifting your pet's lips to inspect their teeth using the dental mirror. This allows you to identify plaque buildup while helping your pet grow accustomed to having their mouth handled. - Finger Toothbrush : During a relaxed moment, gently massage your pet’s teeth and gums with the finger brush applied toothpaste. Reward their cooperation with a treat. - Tongue Cleaner : Lightly scrape your pet's tongue to reduce bacteria buildup. This step also familiarizes your pet with the sensation of dental tools in their mouth. ------ PHASE 2: MANUAL CLEANING OF PLAQUE AND TARTAR ------ Remove plaque and prepare your pet for deeper cleaning. - Dual-End Toothbrush: Apply toothpaste and gently brush their teeth in a circular motion, focusing on areas with visible plaque. Gradually increase the duration as your pet becomes more comfortable. - Tartar Scraper : Hold the tool at a slight angle and gently scrape along the tooth’s surface, avoiding the gumline. This step should only be done if your pet remains calm and cooperative. - Dental Probe : Use the probe to inspect between teeth for any trapped food debris or hidden plaque. Be gentle to avoid causing discomfort. ------ PHASE 3: USE THE ULTRASONIC TOOTH CLEANER ------ Help your pet adapt to the sound and vibration of the ultrasonic cleaner for more effective cleaning. - Desensitizing to Sound :Turn on the ultrasonic cleaner at a distance from your pet to let them get used to the sound. Pair this with treats or praise to create positive associations. - Vibration Acclimation : Before using the cleaner on their teeth, touch the back of the device to your pet’s cheek or jawline. Gradually bring it closer to their mouth over several sessions, always rewarding calm behavior. - Short Cleaning Sessions : Begin with a quick 5-second clean on one tooth. Gradually extend the time and increase the number of teeth cleaned as your pet’s comfort grows. My pet is scared of the device. What should I do? Let your pet sniff the device while it's off. Turn it on briefly daily without using it on teeth. Reward calm behavior with treats. Gradual exposure works best for most pets. My pet is scared of the device. What should I do? Review: Impressive results after first use! - We received our Petbank plaque remover today and after putting it on charge, gave it a try - and I have to say, I’m really impressed! The before and after pictures speak for themselves, as these results were achieved in just a few minutes using gentle, circular motions on the lower settings. The sound was a little unusual for my dog at first, but she handled it really well with some reassurance. It’s simple to use, comfortable to hold (I held it like a pen), and makes cleaning easy and precise. I recommend using slow, short strokes, especially around the gum line. It’s great value for money too - not only do you get the main electric scaler, but also a full dental care set including multiple attachments, a dual-ended toothbrush, finger brush, a handy carry bag and instruction manual. All in all, this is an effective and affordable way to maintain your dog’s dental hygiene. Highly recommend!
Review: Magnificent Product - OMFG! I am shocked how well this works. My 4 year old Lab hates having his teeth brushed but i do it anyway and he has a Dentastick every evening after his dinner however, plaque has started to build up at the top of his two front fangs and i have struggled to remove it. I saw this yesterday and thought for £20 it’s worth a go. It came by 8am the next day, i charged it up and by 9:30am i had removed the plaque completely from his teeth. It’s so easy to use and it’s perfectly safe and very quick. It only works when the tip is touching the tooth and removes the plaque efficiently and effectively. Now the plaque on his teeth weren’t bad nor had it been there for long so if your dog has bad plaque and it’s been there for months/years then it might take longer and perhaps a couple of goes to remove it. However for me and my dog, his plaque was gone in under a minute on each tooth. He sat patiently and let me do it and now his pearly whites are looking pristine. What a product this is. Absolutely magnificent.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Too noisy
*by A***Y on 3 February 2025*

The item does appear to work, however the noise even on the gentlest setting is too scary for even very well behaved pets that sit still unfortunately. If only the noise was quieter it would be perfect.
