First item never arrived but my worries disappeared when I informed them. Immediate next day recorded delivery A+ the product is better than I expected also. Nice very mild clean smell but not too much. The feel is like honey. Not stiff at all. When you tilt the tin you can actually see it move. It's also amazingly smooth and none sticky! That's the best thing. You can apply and you don't need wash your hands. Nice firm hold without feeling like your hair is brittle. Lovely product. Great supplier!
