The straps adjust from the front, which is very useful. I wouldn't call this a "push up" bra. The insert pads provide decent support/shape without feeling like armor, but do not create cleavage. Added a stitch to secure each pad to the bra cup before washing (in a garment bag) and the pads stayed in place during the wash cycle. Material is smooth and soft to the touch. The bottom band does roll up a bit over time, especially when sitting for long periods, but this is not uncommon in wireless bras.
