Last pair was a Birkenstock footbed, Alpro shoe with steel toe caps. These were very comfy and roomy but so heavy I had raised bumps on the tops of my feet. They split after 9 years so bought these. They are much lighter, as no toecap, looked on reviews and most people advised buying a size smaller as they seemed large. I did this but had to send them back as too small! The return service was impressively quick and easy and my new pair came within 4 days. They are very comfortable, but I did buy some memory insoles as the footbeds are a bit hard.
