Q: Are these individually wrapped?

Q: Can these be used for moistening lips with a drink and putting drops of fluid such as juice or tea in person's mouth?

There is a risk that the person will bite on these sponges and pull them off the stick and swallow and choke on the sponge. Consequently I believe it is not recommended tomse them as such although potentially it is possible to use them with fluids. Whilst something like a cosmetic sponge could be held more safely but also could be sucked on. I also use Vaseline on dry lips. I hope this is helpful. Ofcourse juices are acidic and react on the teeth enamel.

Q: Are these the ones with paper stucks?

Sometimes they’re plastic and sometimes they’re paper sticks. It’s seems to vary.

Q: Are the sticks card or plastic?

The sticks are made of twisted paper & don't disintegrate as long as you don't leave the swab sitting in liquid. Hope that helps.
