They are very easy to clean and very good value for money

Purchased for a residential care home, (currently in lock down...which has absolutely no bearing on this review :) ). Anyway. I better qualify that headline! The blades are quite thick, 2mm by my ruler which may not sound a lot, but does mean they won't bend easily, when cutting hard veg for instance, (although normal care should be taken, obviously!!),. They are colour coded to industry standard, as far as I know, at least they match the colour coding we have :) The handles are well moulded and comfortable, for our use, but we aren't a catering establishment and I can't vouch for continual use. Arrived before the ETA, which was nice. One slight downside was no dedicated knife blocked which entailed another search and purchase but TBH that was easy enough. Some may think them a trifle expensive, but a few years ago my manager paid more, for far, far worse quality knives; they bent almost as soon as you looked at them!! So. The bottom line is-highly recommended.
