Even though it was good in the press I enjoyed it more in the percolator. **Q: It says “single origin”. but which? yirgacheffe? sidamo? bean matters!** A: I cannot find the answer to that question on their website or on the bag I have now. I’m not an expert but I’ve had both yirgacheffe and sidamo and I think it yirgacheffe.
