I have been using them for several months and I no longer need to use parchment paper. I have used for baking cookies and ever making beet chips and nothing sticks and the sheets to no discolor. They are slightly oversized from my baking plan for not by much. I have even used them without the baking pan and they are rigid enough to sit directly on an oven rack without an issue. Induction does work with silicon mats. You do need to have proper metal pans, but induction does conduct thru the silicon. Have been using them with success to minimize mess on cooktop and prevent scratching from bottom of pans. Would not use them on extreme high setting for a long time. But simmering and normal cooking work fine with a quality mat. **Q: Are these mats PBA free?** A: I don’t know what PBA is, but considering they’re not even plastic, I would assume they’re BPA-free at least. **Q: can you cut these to fit pan** A: None of them apparently fit standard pans. I'm cutting one to find out if they can be cut. If you do before me, please let me know. **Q: Is roasting time really a factor? Mine came with an insert that note not to use this for cooking vegetables for more than 10 minutes. Is that correct?** A: It may depend on oven temp?
