I decided to order this vanilla paste after watching a baker go on and on about how much it truly adds to your baked goods. He was right. I no longer measure. I just squeeze the bottle and put this in whatever I'm baking. I love the texture of it and the appearance. You can actually see the vanilla bean fragments in this must have item. It is very versatile and I use it in everything I bake and also my icing. The aroma is wonderful. The flavor is exceptional and it is so easy to use.
