I just wanted to write a comment as when the chair was initially delivered there was an issue with the seat. The company contacted me back right away and after a brief exchange of emails sent me a replacement part and were very helpful.The chair itself is reasonably comfortable and looks smart.

It looks like the hydraulic cylinder has failed - signs of oil on cylinder shaft. I have written to the Home Garden Store via Amazon to ask them what they propose to rectify this.UPDATEGiven the comments from other reviewer regarding customer service and the lack of response to date, I decided to source a replacement hydraulic cylinder [Found on Amazon].There's no way I can return the whole chair - who in their right mind would keep the massive box it came it, and then pay to return it to who knows where.........
