I have loved the flavours and the straightforward methods delivering some lovely dishes. The salmon curry (finished in the oven) I have made twice and is one of the best fish curries I have made. The roasting of a whole cauliflower in nutty curry sauce was a great dish with a bit of drama to being to the table, it looks wonderful. There are recipes for making snacks without the deep fat frying which I appreciate, I am not a fan of deep fat! Some great easy chutneys to go with them too. Sections on ingredients are helpful and alternatives for some more unusual ones are welcome.
