NUK Food Cube Tray with Lid for Freezing Baby Food | 6 Months+ | Dishwasher Safe | BPA Free

I dont normally come to the things I've bought just to review but for this i make an exception. The portion sizes are perfect. Especially for my now 17 month old. We have been using these a long while now (approx 6 or 7 months old). There's no staining after making chilli, butter chicken, curry or bolognese. Cleans great, pops out easy. Makes BLW a dream and life much easier with batch cooking. I wouldn't recommend it for things like fruit purees. I think a smaller one is better for that like a 1oz or 30ml one. This is approx 60ml. At the moment i pop them out when frozen and keep using them for other batches but I've left a chilli batch in them for a while now and it's lasted so well I'm thinking of buying more and leaving them in it. It really does prevent frost damage in my experience (included a photo of said chilli). They even stack nice in the freezer. Highly recommend!!!

Great for weaning. I use these for freezing my son's food. I only have one pot so I have to freeze in batches and then pop out the frozen food into labelled freezer bags. It washes well in the dishwasher and mine hasn't discoloured despite putting red pepper, carrots etc into it. It is true that the lid doesn't clip on but I place it on a shelf and it is rigid enough to have other things on top of it. I've never had any trouble getting the food out of these tray as it is a soft silicone so food is easily pushed out of it.It's a shame the Annabel Karmel lidded pots are not the right size to hold the frozen portions for when you're out and about.

This has been a great little purchase.I'm weaning my daughter at the moment. We're on "mashes" (rather than purees).My system is, cook, portion to eat, freeze the rest. Divide into this food cube tray, freeze for 24hrs, decant into labelled ziplock bags... And I'm recording on my phone how many portions of everything I have, so that I can start combining them.The NUK food tray is fantastic for this. Nice, generous 60ml cubes. Food comes out very easily. Cleans well. Dishwasher safe, on the top shelf. Great little purchase!And when I'm done with it for weaning, it'll make great giant ice cubes for whiskey!

These are great for what they achieve I just wish they were cheaper. They are a good size for a toddler portion of mash potato, or pasta sauce - or for a largeish portion of puréed veg while weaning. Unlike regular ice cubes, it’s extremely easy to get the food out of each portion cube

Belle découverte. J'utilise pour congeler les blancs d'œufs ou les jaunes d'œufs lorsque je ne les utilise pas dans mes recettes. Très pratique. Les ingrédients ne collent pas et se démoulent facilement. Ils gardent aussi toutes leurs saveurs. Très satisfaite.
