Had a minor issue with the item when it arrived. One of the camera lenses protectors was cracked (the packaging was also damaged - definitely more an Amazon shipping issue than a product issue). I emailed support like the packaging insert instructed and was mailed a replacement immediately.I’ve used these cases on all my iPhones to date and never had any issues. The sleek minimal design of these case with the bonus screen and camera lenses protectors makes them ideal for someone like me who doesn’t want the excess bulk most other cases add to the device. This case is more than sufficient for protection from everyday handling.Because I’m very meticulous with my electronic devices, I’ve never dropped or severely damaged one. Therefore, I cannot speak to just how protective this case in such incidents. I can say that the included screen protector did fully protect my screen when a clumsy friend dropped their glass on my phone while it was sitting on a table. The screen protector cracked fully but my phone screen beneath was unharmed. Not even a tiny splinter.
