I did read other reviews and I thought that some of those purchasers were just unlucky and that I would not be. How wrong was I!!!!!! I will NEVER purchase this again, not for 1/4 of the current price!! I may revisit this comment, if I am able, after I cook the steak to add additional comments, but if not, don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Sorry but spending £15.50 for a subpar steak is not my thing. The taste was good but the manual cut was not. It is too far away from the ideal thickness of 1.5 inches.
