Placing a dry Seabond sheet (pink side down) on a wet denture or wet sheet on a dry denture?** A: Measure the size of the piece required initially while both denture and Seabond is dry and trim it to shape. It's preferable to apply a little water to the actual Seabond piece, put into place and hold firmly for a few seconds so that it will adhere to the surface of the denture. I purchase mine for an elderly gentleman - and it doesn't seem to matter which is damp as long as it's held firmly in the first instance to get it to 'stick'. It leaves no mess on removal and is apparently quite successful but from what I can gather, it does not last 'all day'. I'm a user of the Comfort Lining thermoplastic denture adhesive and sometimes add paste adhesives over the CL on the lower denture for better support since my lower denture rocks from having been in a accident that caused over 1/2 my lower jaw bone to be reconstructed. Simply remove a single sheet already shaped and needing trimmed to suit your dentures size (which takes all of 15 seconds) and, once trimmed you can use this one as a template on the rest of sheets.
