It comes with a variety of adapters, though the one I needed was L-shaped, which did not come with this. Fortunately I still had the old cuff and I repurposed the adapter.This cuff is easy to apply and the loop fastener made tightening it to an appropriate level easy as well. Usually I have at least a bit of difficulty when trying to put a BP cuff on myself. It was a comfortable fit and the appropriate size, just as big as my previous cuff.
