It has to be stored in fridge regardless of whether it was opened or unopened. Once opened, use within 4 days. Do not exceed use by date. After each use, reclose and refrigerate at once. **Q: What’s the use by date?** A: I am old school. Never look at sell by dates. If it smells and tastes ok, it's ok. The SBD could be weeks old. Who cares. **Q: What’s the use by date?** A: It will change day by day...
