Review: Lightweight lotion. - This suntan lotion is lightweight, smells nice and does not leave a greasy film on the skin. It sinks right into the skin and feels very nice. It moisturizes and provides some protection from the sun but allows tanning of the skin. I really like it.
Review: Get an Awesome Golden Tan - Love it! It’s like a creamy lotion but not greasy. It lets me get a golden tan without burning. The reason not 5 Stars is because the scent is too light. I wish it was more tropical. 🌴

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it tannig gives color?**
A: This lotion is a tanning lotion. It is only a SPF 4 so if you do not already have a base tan it does not do a lot of protection against burning. If you have a base tan as I do it helps to further your tan. I do not know what you mean " tanning gives color". This is the only lotion I like but I already have a tan as I live in Florida. It is not a lotion that automatically tans you, self tanning lotion.

**Q: Does this leave a sticky white residue like a sunscreen**
A: No, and I LOVE that it doesn't even smell like sunscreen (or anything, really). Really really like this product.

**Q: What is the expiration date**
A: If you have purchased your sun care lotion in 2019, the expiration year should be 2021. The expiration date should be near the barcode for 6-oz lotion sun screens.

**Q: Does it contain mineral oil?**
A: The Panama Jack Sunscreen Tanning Lotion - SPF 4 does not contain mineral oil.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product!
*by G***N on 13 April 2026*

So i spend a ton of time in the swfl sun and I also fake bake. That being said, I've tried more than a few lotions over the years of all scents and price ranges. This bottle though, has won my heart! The smell is great, very light, not overpowering at all. In my opinion, it doesn't even smell like typical sunscreen! The consistency is like milk almost, sooooo smooth and not prone to clumping, which is a total plus compared to lots of other lotions! It also works well as i use it for more than 8 hours at a time and havent got burnt once!! Oh, and the price is 👌 All that being said, if you're on the fence, go for it! You have no reason not to!!!
