I attempted to use this twice. Locking each section in place with a twist as I extended it, I placed the camera mounted selfie stick in front of the home and just as I was ready to take the shot, two extentions collapsed ruining the shot. I tried a second time just to experience the same thing. After examining the stick more closely, the plastic that holds each extention is very thin and cheap. The seller made me pay for return shipping and has ignored my attempts to inquire about a refund. I bought it to use with the insta360 one x which will stitch out a straight selfie stick. This didn't work, because the MIGHTY stick has a bow in it when fully extended, so I sent it back and waited for insta360's extended stick to come back in stock. Use a cell phone or go-pro (something light) on the end and gently twist-tighten each segment as you extend it - very simple. The Bluetooth remote works perfectly and is very easy to set up. I work in Real Estate and sometimes need high shots to properly convey the layout of a property. For most applications, this will do the trick without having to deal with a drone and the FAA. For me, the best combo is a go-pro and my cell phone to see what the go-pro is seeing. I take the photos and I'm done.
