Review: Great Starter Fly Tying Vise — Stable, Adjustable, and Easy to Use - I purchased the Ninnifly Rotary Fly Tying Vise as I was just getting into fly tying, and it’s been a fantastic tool to learn on and grow with. For beginners especially, this vise strikes an excellent balance of stability, adjustability, and smooth rotation. The 360° rotary action makes positioning materials around the hook straightforward and intuitive. Whether I’m turning the hook to add thread wraps or changing angles for dubbing and feather placement, the rotation stays smooth and secure — and it locks up tight when I need a firm base to work against. The rotation mechanism hasn’t developed any play even after multiple sessions, which is impressive at this price point. The clamp base is sturdy and reliable. It grips my workbench or table securely without slipping, and the vise head itself feels solid without rattling or movement while tying. The build quality feels thoughtful and well-finished — not flimsy or toy-like — which builds confidence as you’re tying more intricate flies. Setup was easy; all the parts come labeled and the instructions are clear. Once assembled, it’s ready to go almost immediately. I also appreciate the adjustability across hook sizes — I’ve tied everything from small nymphs to larger streamers without needing additional jaws or adapters. Overall, this vise is a strong performer for beginners and hobbyists alike. It’s helped me improve technique and work more comfortably without frustration. If you’re just starting in fly tying or want a reliable rotary vise without a steep price tag, this is a great choice.
Review: Good Buy - Never tied a fly in my life. This got me started without spending a fortune. Everything worked like it should and I had no complaints.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but could be better.

Does the job, but it's not great at clamping down on stuff. It tends to slide off easily.
