**Q: How do I tell you what name I want on the hat?  The customize feature only lets me choose the font and color?**
A: We apologize about the confusion. We have fixed product so it should now give you option to enter text. If not, you can enter notes at checkout.

**Q: How long does it take to deliver ?**
A: We ship within a day or two and standard shipping is 3-5 days and expedited 2-3 days. Hope this helps!

**Q: I don't want anything written on it so how do i order?**
A: You can just write "blank no personalization"

**Q: Is there anyway to adjust where the text on the hat is?**
A: Don’t think so. I wouldn’t  bother buying. It is so junk and cheap.
