So when I came accross his book on magnets I had to have it. The book is written in simple everyday people terms and is a great reference to keep around. I feel so strongly about his recommendatons that I have purchased several books to give away in an effort to help others. The Magnets: Since going through this cover to cover I have purchased several of his magnets. They work on keeping the body in an alkaline state for optimal health. When I can't sleep I slip one under my lower back and in a very short time I'm in a deep restorative sleep feeling refreshed in the morning. My hematoma knee injury healed much quicker when applying the magnets. I recommend the magnets to others who have had excellent results for their needs.
