I have since contacted cricut member services to have the machine replaced which i was informed would take 14 working days (3 weeks) once the recieve a video showing the issue. I have since had to supply mutiple of those videos showing the issue, the case number, the serial number i also had to supply them with proof of purchase. However despite having supplied them with exactly what they asked for they are still saying there is a problem with the video because i had to pause inbetween parts to reduce file size and actually be able to upload and send them what they want. I am at this point taking that as a confirmation that they are not willing to adhere to UK law nor their own warrenty. I have had to apply for a refund from amazon and return the product to them so i can buy another machine from someone else.
