The strap looks nothing like the photo and is a sold plastic. It also says it is unisex. I have slim wrists and it works on the very last setting, but the end of the strap stick out. The watch does fit in the strap, however the button does not work. It jumps around and I cannot get it to move onto the activity settings, so no use at all for monitoring any sporting activity. If I just want to tell the time fine, but otherwise its no use. I have tried a couple of these companies now for replacement straps as the TomTom ones are so expensive, but won't try again. Apart from it taking weeks to arrive, no one wants to give me a refund. I am having to spend a long time trying to get refunds on products that are not fit for purpose and do not work.
