A: 4 packets. Each packet makes 3 1/2 cups of gravy.

A: This is what I found on Southern Mills Website. 
Ingredients

PALM OIL, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, BUTTERMILK SOLIDS (BUTTERMILK POWDER, WHEY SOLIDS, NONFAT DRY MILK), MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, YEAST EXTRACT, SPICES, CHICKEN FAT, SODIUM CASEINATE, DIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, MONO AND DIGLYCERIDES, SUGAR, HYDROLYZED CORN AND SOY PROTEIN, NATURAL FLAVOR, CITRIC ACID, SOY FLOUR, TURMERIC, GARLIC POWDER, DRIED CHICKEN MEAT, DISODIUM INOSINATE AND DISODIUM GUANYLATE. **Q: Does this gravy have pepper in it?  i use to buy the white biscuit gravy and now i cannot find the name.  but im looking for gravy with no pepper**
A: Yes it has pepper but not near the amount in the earlier packaged gravy. It is also easier to make. I don’t think we can get the white gravy anymore.

**Q: how much sodium is in this ?  3 same pictures of front package but none showing ingredients  ?**
A: In 2.7 oz package the sodium content is 220 mg. I'm to lazy to do the math so just double it for the 4.75 oz package.
