A: get the 84 inch length to allow shrinkage due to washing and drying

**Q: Will they fit a extra long mattress?**
A: Yes.  Most hospital beds are extra long.  I took them to a friend’s house and tried them on her bed before I washed them and they fit perfectly.

**Q: Is the fabric poly?**
A: Honestly, I’m not sure. I’m a caregiver and bought them for a client that just started using them. It should be noticed they seen very thin and I can easily mAke out the mattress right through the sheet.

Not excellent but good fitment - comfortable and appears to be well made. My only concern is the density of the fabric, it is quite thin. Will probably expand my search if I'm looking for additional fitted sheets.
