**Q: Can the mivoice phone be used with any sip providers/systems, or just with the mitel solution?**
A: Hello, the Mitel MiVoice 6930 is for use with the following Mitel platforms: MiVoice Office 250, MiCloud Flex, MiCloud Business, and MiVoice MX-ONE. I'm not aware of any other providers or systems that would support the Mitel 6900 series.

**Q: Does this phone support bluetooth?**
A: No it has no bluetooth capability out of the box.  But you can get a separate bluetooth headset with a base that connects to the phone physically.  Out side of that, you can get a DECT headset that is made specifically for this phone and it's actually pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LFFLLKS/.

**Q: can calls be forwarded with this phone?**
A: We’re not telecommunications experts. However, we believe that’s more of a function of getting the call forwarding code from your service provider to enter on the phone, than it is a hardware issue.
