I contacted the seller and they said each mitts counts as two (2) mitts because it has two (2) sides. They were also one color, which is important to have so one can be the dirty mitt and on can be the clean mitt. DECEPTIVE DESCRIPTION. Most of them included this type of mitt. The reason I ordered a 4 pack was all the pros said to use one on a section, then exchange it for a clean one when moving to another section. That way you have less chance of scratching the paint. I love these mitts!Note: I have normal to larger size hands and ordered the XL. They are a tight fit so beware if you have LARGE hands.
