I work in a rough ground atmosphere. These pads have passed the test of kneeling and crawling on rocks. These are the best padded pads I have owned. I will definitely get me another pair. **Q: are these knee pads non-skid? My son is a USMC Crew Chief in an Osprey Aircraft, which flys with the cargo door open. Can't afford to slide** A: They are smooth leather, as a 26 year retired Marine and now a high security construction supervisor. I won't recommend these for my brother Marine. However these are the best knee pads I have ever owned and just ordered a backup pair I keep in my truck tool box for changing tires and stuff **Q: Is the leather real or fake? What material is the padding inside made of?** A: I bought them for my husband and he said they are not leather the padding in the inside is really good he wears them all the time at work. They are worth buying! he said. Hope this helps. **Q: Are they dark leather?** A: No they are very light in color but get dark quick with use ## Frequently Bought Together - CLC Custom Leathercraft 313 Heavy Duty Leather Kneepads, Double Thick Lining, Tan - Everhard X-Long Cut Insulation Knife 5" blade MK46300 - QWORK Seam Roller, 40mm Silicone Seam Roller with 6mm Brass Detail Penny Roller, Smoothing Seam Roller Tool for PVC/TPO/EPDM Single Ply Roofing Tape --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/670099-clc-custom-leathercraft-313-heavy-duty-leather-kneepads-double-thick](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/670099-clc-custom-leathercraft-313-heavy-duty-leather-kneepads-double-thick) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
