- Jowua Multi-Device Wireless Controller, White

I bought this specifically to use in my Tesla Model X. The Tesla has some pretty good games (eg. Sky Force Reloaded, Vampire Survivors) which work better, IMHO, with a joystick rather than touch alone. I bought a generic controller, but couldn't get it to connect via bluetooth. A PS5 Dual Sense connected fine, but I really didn't want such a heavy controller in the car. So I read online that Jowua made highly regarded controllers which were used in Teslas (and, are, in fact, multi system compatible). The controller looked good, but I did NOT want to use a USB dongle especially since I rely on the USB-A connector in the glovebox being used to store vehicle video. Despite some worrying comments that Jowua no longer would connect via bluetooth, I found that the unit connected easily and appears to be an XBox controller—whatever. The controller works well and I have logged about 10 hours of gameplay with it.

After try out 4 different Bluetooth controllers only this expensive one works well, it even wireless charge it self with model y, this is like the double the price but hey this is the only one works with my juniper model y

The controller works perfectly with the 2024 MY. I was really adamant about finding a controller that doesn’t need to connect via USB in the glove box, so I’m glad I came across this controller. At first, I had the controller set to the “Bluetooth” setting but the controls weren’t working. I saw another review mention to use the “Switch” (second option from the right) when connecting to the car and it works flawlessly. Although the buttons placement differ from the typically Xbox controller, I’m getting used to the difference. I love that it can be wirelessly charged or via USB-C. I bought the white version to match the interior. I might look into buying a second controller for multiplayer.

These controllers feel a little light in your hand, but they are great little controllers and they are highly flexible to your application. The size and Qi charging really make it a great match for the Tesla.

Love this controller! It is a welcome addition to our road trips on our Model Y. Easy to connect and always stays connected when playing. The kids love to pull it out and play games on the Tesla screen while we are charging. It makes the time go by that much faster. I also love the design. It pairs well with our car's modern design. Jowua is known for their sleek designs and good quality. Would recommend this as a good game controller for your EV.

Not built well, very cheap and not worth the price! The left control stick pushed in and stopped working and I am still waiting for a return almost 3 months later. Cheap, cheap, cheap!

I'm using it in my Tesla Model Y 2025. Unfortunately, this doesn't connect with bluetooth, but Tesla only allows two Bluetooth connections at a time, so that's unfortunate. I purchased a USB hub to go in the dashboard and connected the dongle there. Works great. My kid loves to play some of the games when we're waiting on charges and not doing caraoke.

Works well most of the time but had a few issues getting it to connect at first. The only ongoing issue is it will not tell you its charge level like the documentation says it should

Acheté pour une Tesla model 3 de 2023. Produit extrêmement décevant. IMPORTANT à noter : cette manette ne possède pas de connectivité bluetooth. Elle fonctionne avec un mini dongle usb RADIO et donc très sensible aux interférences radio. Pour faire fonctionner 2 x manettes dans une Tesla il faut donc un hub pour pouvoir brancher les 2 x dongles en même temps.... Je me suis totalement fait avoir car en relisant la description tout est dit mais c'est très ambigu et les photos de comm laissent à penser que ça fonctionne direct sans-fil en bluetooth. Jowua fait par ailleurs d'autre accessoires qui sont vraiment bien pour les Tesla mais ces manettes sont clairement pas au niveau et beaucoup trop chères. Elles sont très petites, pas ergonomiques, connectivité sans-fil hyper instable, nécessite un ré-appairage à quasi chaque démarrage.

Firstly, this thing arrived well packaged, and on time - fabulous! ~80% charge, so was able to use it right away. I was itching to use this in our Tesla. The instructions state it has to be connected via dongle (which worked, perfectly - although instructions mentioned center console, but my M3 only has the data port only in glove box).. Biggest bonus.. it also worked via standard Bluetooth, which I'm over the moon about! Having it capable of connecting to multiple devices is <really> nice. It works well, feels solid enough, perhaps a little smaller than a switch controller, but fits well in the hand, and going to be excellent for travelling. Thanks heaps!

Did everything I wanted it to do, so far no lag playing games in my car!
