I tried exfoliating but the bumps would only go for about a day however I put a spray pump on this bottle and have sprayed it onto my knees and elbows every day for the past two weeks or so and my skin has never been changed so much by a product they are so smooth now. I would also recommend this if you have strawberry legs which I did at the bottom of my legs but its gone now after spraying them every couple of days.
