The 160 model has all the same great features as the fullsize Henry in a compact package. It’s lighter and smaller, but with the same impressive suction, performance and reliability that Henry is famous for.

Review: Excellent little vacuum. - This vac kicks ass. It's a little heavy for it's size, and it doesn't sit easily on steps. It also doesn't do high pile carpet or rugs very well. Get the turbo head attachment for that. Otherwise this thing can knock out low carpet, hardwoods, upholstery, stairs, ceiling fan blades, baseboards, and car interiors. It even cleaned the nasty crap out of my keyboard very well. It comes with two bags included, but check your bag when you first get it. The little elastic band thing on mine wasn't fully sealed and I'm glad I noticed that before vacuuming otherwise it all would of wound up in Henry's skull instead of in the bag. The hose is very long, as is the power cord so you can go for a while without having to reposition, which is nice. Overall excellent performance for the cost. PS - You can leave the face off if you're a soulless monster.
Review: Solid little dude - I live in the USA, I was worried this vacuum wouldn't have the right cables for our outlets but it does! I've always had relatively pricey stick vacuums and they break often. This guy is well built! Henry came to our home and I can't stop looking at him. Very quiet, great suction power, such a long nose, such a long power cable, and he's adorable. I hope he lasts a very long time, only time will tell. It was expensive, but this completely changed my idea of what a good vacuum is so far.

**Q: My telescoping wand has stopped telescoping. Is it covered under warranty, or do I need to purchase a new one?**
A: The telescopic wand is not covered under warranty but we do have a 
30 day delivery guarantee on accessories.  If it is within 30 days please supply the serial number for us to verify. 
 If not you will need to purchase the section of the wand that is telescopic.  This is part number 601045.

**Q: does the face come off like the other henry vacuums or is it permanently attached to the front of the vacuum?**
A: Yes, just like the other Henry vacuums, for this model, HVR 160, you can remove the smiley face as well, and it will become a red vacuum without the face.

**Q: Does this one come with the carpet roller attachment?**
A: I'm not sure what a carpet roller attachment is,  but this vacuum comes with a floor tool that can clean carpets or hard floors by flipping the switch on the tool. Please email us at info@nacecare so we can send you pictures with details.

**Q: Why would one purchase the James over Henry160? I'm unsure of the differences except for the weight and cord.**
A: I believe james is smaller and lighter and yes, the cord difference. I love my henry!!! It's replaces my broom and I don't have to take it apart like my last vacuum when it got clogged all the time. Definitely worth every penny!

Exceeds expectations!!! This vaccum exceeds my expectations. It grabs every nook and cranny that not even my Dirt Devil, my Swiffer or any other upright vacuum that I’ve used can get. It’s so handy and very lightweight - even my own son said it was a terrific investment!!! I had used a Henry two decades ago(lord knows how old it was when I used it) and have wanted one ever since - putting it on top of my Wish List! This is by far thee best gift EVER!!! Lightweight, easy to pickup with the handle, a perfect length for cord and easy to wind back up, handy accessories that are attached to the vaccum itself, it’s not clunky like one would expect it to be(like a shop vac). This is a perfect vacuum which should be in every home!!!
