First I will start by saying I purchased it for the NIR for a knee injury…it has helped quite a lot in healing it. I also started using it for the RLT, for the skin…I figured why not, plus the heat also makes the knee feel better. So now I’ve noticed the wrinkles on my leg (I’m 70) are smoothing out….so this inexpensive red light therapy has not only helped my knee to heal but it’s smoothing out my leg wrinkles. I’m so in love with the results, I bought a second one to cut down on the time I’d need to use the first one. But, now I’m going to buy one of the larger ones, so my entire body can look better.
