**Q: does help cold start rough idle**
A: No it doesn't. That's why I bought rev x was to help with my cold start idle on my 6.0 powerstroke. I had to replace 4 injectors.

**Q: Good for preventative maintenance? Or unnecessary if you have a small car with no problems...**
A: It is perfect for preventive maintenance.  However, for a small car we recommend you use one 4 fl. oz bottle of REV X High Performance Oil Additive.

**Q: How many quarts does one bottle treat?**
A: I'm guessing about 7/8 quarts per bottle... I know I needed two bottles for my 6.0l Powerstroke which takes 15 quarts of oil.

**Q: What is the best rate for rev x? Oz to quart**
A: The exact ratio is 1 fl. oz.  of REV X High Performance Oil Additive to 1.5 qt. of oil.  1 Bottle will treat up to 6 quarts of oil.
