Far more functional than other tennis bags I've used. Inside compartments can be user-configured, and are a little fiddly to install initally (hook-and-loop tape on firm foam dividers), but once installed, everything is adequately secure. I (always) prefer to be able to remove any and all straps, especially because I favor carrying bags like these as shoulder bags, not as a backpack, but both straps are stitched to the top of the bag and I haven't cut them off, yet. Please, tennis bag manufacturers -- put a pair of D-rings on all your bags for people to install a shoulder strap if they desire, and have buckles at the top *and* bottom so the straps can be removed.Shoe compartment is colossal, even for size 12 men's tennis shoes. Four narrow body oversize or 3 wide body rackets will fit in center compartment. Zippered mesh pockets in the lid are convenient for small items. I'm very pleased with the purchase.Purple isn't really my color, but it's the only option ... I'll take it though, the bag is that good.

Everything compartmentalized, well laid out and easy to access. Plenty of room for 3 racquets, balls, shoes, drinks and a ton of other stuff. Carrying handles are well balance whether in hand, or on shoulder or back. I also carry it on my back on a bicycle where it feels comfortable and secure.

je pense qu'il y a un défaut de fabrication ils manquent des scratches pour consolider l'ensemble du sac. J'ai contacté le vendeur il m'a répondu 1 fois et depuis silence (je lui ai décrit le problème avec photos)
