This product does it's job as long as you are fat adaptive and aren't adding sweeteners or flavorings that cause insulin levels to spike. This serves as my breakfast and could easily help anyone with a plan to do OMAD (one meal a day) to benefit from IF (intermittent fasting). This product in your coffee does not break an overnight fasting state, assuming there's no sabotage from a sweetener. **Q: Is this as burnt as their other coffees?** A: This is creamer. I just celebrated 4 years of sobriety and I decided that I want to take my self to a super elevated level by using natural products. I started using MANY different products such as ; wheatgrass , turmeric , Intramax by Drucker Labs , lions mane mushrooms and a few others.
