Used the screws to fix to wall but can be stuck with adhesive on back of product or velcro. Able to adjust speed of lights & volume. The Bluetooth is easy to do & the sound is great too. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product & would definitely encourage anyone to get it to make your daily workout about more interesting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant 👌 *by A***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 September 2024* You can adjust speed, there are different programs to choose and set volume. I finally got my backside up and with only 10 minutes everyday my energy improved. Super easy to install, lightweight and nice 3/4 gloves so your hands are not sweating inside the glove. Definitely would recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing product and fun to use. *by V***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2024* I’m trying to lose weight and get in shape and as a busy mum I don’t have spare time to go to the gym so I’ve bought stuff to do at home. This product is amazing and such good fun. I love that I can connect it to my phone and exercise to my own music choices. The back has a sticky pad that covers the entire back and that has been sufficient to stick it up without the need to drill holes etc. I love using it and love the convenience of just being able to do at anytime of the day I usually do it while cooking dinner as I’ve put mine in the kitchen. You won’t be disappointed if you buy this product. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/674118452-prettop-music-boxing-machine-smart-bluetooth-boxing-machine-with-gloves](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/674118452-prettop-music-boxing-machine-smart-bluetooth-boxing-machine-with-gloves) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
