Have to be sure use only silicone or wood utensils to remove food, anything else will scratch the ceramic. First couple times washed by hand as recommended. Did end up last time putting the pan in the dishwasher. Had a small amount of retained water, but it shook out easily. Recommend these ceramic pans. They are a game changer when it comes to ease of clean-up and non-stick qualities.

Used the pan about 4 times so far. Top Edges folded out make the pan so much easier to pull out of a hot oven than other straight edge pans.
