The quality is very good and mixes easily within 20 seconds in either milk or water. I personally found it tasted better with milk. If anyone finds it too sweet, just add 1 scoop protein to 250 ml milk/water instead of the recommended 200 ml. You will see the difference in sweetness. Tried chocolate and caramel flavors so far and found caramel to be better tasting.
