Cut through like butter. Second cut (I actually followed the directions) and put some pressure on the blade as I cut and the flush cut was truly FLUSH! No more finishing with a flush-bit on my router, or a chisel, or a block plane, just card scrape and done! This saw is incredible for the value. Per dollar, this is hands down the best. I've used Veritas, Crown, Lie Nieson, all of which are great too (I especially like Veritas) but SOOO much more expensive. They specify the exact dimensions of blade thickness and kerf which will be great for dovetails. The kerf is wonderfully thin at 17 thou. Also something missing in most products isn't missing here, directions. Even though it's a simple product it still give tips for best use, maintenance and care, etc, all of which show that Temple truly cares about their product and how their customers can get the most from their product.
