Because I liked the product originally, I offered to receive a replacement instead. They agreed and got a replacement out to me very quickly! They definitely seem like a company that wants to make sure that their customers are happy with the product. I can safely say that a recommendation for this is a big thumbs up. Fun and easy to use and good customer service.**This was my original review that has now been updated to show great customer service**When I received the mixer, it actually worked pretty good. Sound was good. Quality was good (for what it was). A couple months after some mild use, the microphone input is now barely working. Fuzzed out sound and low volume. I changed out the cable and mic to others to make sure it wasn't any of my other equipment. Those were all fine. I contacted the company a couple times over the last couple of weeks since it was out of the Amazon return window. No response at all. Not even a follow-up saying "we are unable to do anything". Just radio silence.
