One of the holes for a bolt to attach the base to was not drilled out properly and I had to screw it in, unlike the others which went in fine. I am also missing a split pin for one of the wheels, but have replaced it with a thin bolt and nut.And for those buying it, the bin bag feeds up through the middle. wrap it around the outside of the attachment and then put the elasticated band on to hold it.
