I have no idea what level 1 is. Preemie, maybe?There should be an "S" on the nipples that came with the bottles. There's an "M" on the medium flow nipples. **Q: Are there any glass bottles that these nipples will fit on? *UPDATE: I found that these fit on the Born Free glass bottles.
