And with multiple brightness modes, you can dial it down when you don’t need full blast, handy for saving battery. Speaking of battery, it lasts a long time, it still works now even after months of use, I’ve used mine for hours on end and haven’t had to swap batteries yet. Comfort-wise, they’re lightweight and adjustable. The strap fits snugly without squeezing my skull, and the angle tilt is smooth and stays put. No awkward slipping or forehead dents. Tech tip - If you're using rechargeable AA batteries, these torches play nicely with them. Just make sure they’re good quality, the brightness really benefits from a solid power source. For the price, getting two in a pack is a win, I gave one to my wife.

No frills reasonable quality (early on with limited use at time of review). The alterating flashing red/green is a gimmick which is a bit pointless. However, the remaining lighting options are reasonable and enable use without blinding user/others.
