terrible, why do they put imitation chocolate coating on these things? they should have left it RAW. You HAVE to keep these in the refrigerator or they are a mess to eat. Will not buy again, wish for a refund

I have tried virtually every veggie and vegan bar on the market.  Some are bland, some are loaded with undesirable ingredients.  This bar has a wonderful taste and texture profile.  I like the high "good" fat content(no Trans-fat).  It also has a decent amount of protein and fiber, so it will really fill you up.  Have this bar with a salad, or some veggies and hummus;you have a meal replacement.  If you are expecting a healthy "candy bar" type, don't purchase it.  Some people might have to aquire a taste for it.A bar like this is a good insurance policy, as it helps fill in some missing nutrients that you won't get from processed foods.  Great bar!
